Turning kitchen accidents into masterpieces

I was nervous when my family started digging in… and was pleasantly surprised to see not one of them – my husband or children – realized my mishap of not having the proper herbs in my spice cabinet!

It turned out absolutely delicious. Well rounded, robust flavoring. The aroma made my mouth water… we couldn't wait to eat it. Of course, it goes well with both pasta and spaghetti squash, which makes my health nut mind happy too.

Now, I love essential oils for their incredible health benefits… and before creating this sauce I didn't give them much thought for cooking… but oh wow did it turn out delicious! I will have to start looking at my oils stash for future cooking adventures every time I'm out of a herb or spice in my kitchen.
