• Add 10 drops to a 10ml roller bottle, fill the rest with a carrier oil, and apply where you need it as often as you need (I recommend over your belly, lower back, and around your ankles)
• Diffuse 4-5 drops
• Add to your favorite DIY deodorant recipe
• Use the Dragon Time Massage Oil in a hot bath
• Directly inhale from the bottle
• Place 1-2 drops, diluted with your favorite carrier oil, and rub over your lower back or belly

Dragon Time Essential Oil Blend is just the essential oil blend. You can use this diluted and applied anywhere on your body, or diffused.

Dragon Time Massage Oil is Young Living's V-6 carrier oil blended with Dragon Time Essential Oil Blend. It is intended for topical use as a massage oil, and is convenient to use if you're only using Dragon Time topically. Personally, I enjoy using Dragon Time as a massage oil and as a shower gel over the essential oil bottle because it is much more convenient to keep on hand (I don't typically diffuse this oil).

Where is the absolute best place to apply Dragon Time Essential Oil Blend?

Personally, I prefer to use it over my abdomen. If I'm also having lower back discomfort, I'll also apply it there.
